There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, with two additional queen Murphy beds. It is perfect for a family vacation or a gathering of friends. The inviting great room has a fireplace, large TV, and lots of seating. Connected to the great room is a dining area and fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, with a large, shady porch full of rocking chairs, and an abundance of outdoor seating. A Traeger, Blackstone and Weber are all conveniently located next to the kitchen. The dock has room for two boats and is located in slow 5 mph water, great for fishing and floating. This home is enjoyed year-round. Located in northern San Luis Obispo County, just two hours from Hollister, Lake Nacimiento is a relaxing getaway offering many things to do. Besides all of the boating activities, Paso Robles with all of its wineries and restaurants is just 40 minutes away. Also is a quick, beautiful drive to the charming coastal towns of Cambria, Cayucos, and Morro Bay. Valued at $7000 ($1750 for four nights.) The $250 cleaning fee is not included.
